Yes, its been a while, eh? Lots has happened. You might have heard I got hit by a car at Powerman Zofingen. Yes, its true and it sucked. I'm healthy now. I was depressed for sure. The road to recovery is always tough as hell. I was lucky enough to have some local (yet fast) cyclocross races to focus on to get back in shape. That, plus the possibility of doing Powerman Florida in December, was a big big help for the physical & emotional recovery. My fitness is still not yet 100% but at the last minute I decided to give it a go at Powerman Florida. I pulled out the win. Plus I met some new friends in the sport and got to catch up with some old friends in the sport. I am one lucky dude.
